Most people pick up the day before validation.
Within 3 days of submitting your pre-order you will receive an email stating we received your order along with an invoice for your deposit.
Deposits can be made in the form of Cash, Check, or Money Order.
When we receive your deposit we will then send you a confirmation email letting you know that your deposit has been received.
As long as you call us to let us know that you will not be there on time we can always work with you to make sure you get your rabbits.
We will email you a pamphlet before you pick up your rabbit to know how to prepare for your rabbit coming home.
